During our recent family vacation at this hotel, we appreciated its convenient location for exploring the township and nearby shopping area. Having stayed here before, we were well aware of its clean and functional accommodations, which suited our needs perfectly. Though the units feel a bit dated, they provided ample space for our family, and the warm atmosphere was a welcome respite during the winter chill. We particularly enjoyed our day trip to the ski fields, which was a family highlight, as well as visiting the hot pools of Hanmer Springs. The hotel staff were friendly, offering minimal interaction during our stay as we opted for online payment; yet, they had everything ready for us upon arrival. Amenities like the iron and board were practical for our stay. With daily housekeeping providing fresh towels, we found the balance of comfort and convenience. The ability to relax in a spacious unit and enjoy digital programming for entertainment made our visit all the more enjoyable. We look forward to returning and creating more family memories here.
